To ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all kids, Kidz Pehnawa accepts exchanges or returns only in the event of size changes, damaged items, or incorrect orders delivered across Pakistan.
Size Exchanges & Product Condition
We understand that getting the right fit for growing kids can sometimes be tricky! We offer hassle-free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery across Pakistan. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect every piece carefully before dispatch to maintain superior quality. In the rare event that you receive a manufacturing defect, damaged parcel, or wrong item/size from what you ordered, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Verified defective or incorrect items will be replaced promptly with free delivery.
