All Kidz Pehnawa orders shipped within Pakistan are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Order Processing & Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders, once your package has been dispatched with our courier partner, you will receive an SMS/email notification along with a unique Tracking Number to monitor your parcel in real-time.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
We deliver to residential and commercial addresses across major cities, towns, and regions in Pakistan. Applicable shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout prior to final order confirmation.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Please ensure your full delivery address and active contact phone number are provided accurately during checkout. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the courier service will return the package to our warehouse.
